This vacation certificate, sponsored by CancunCards and its affiliated resorts, entitles you to seven days and six nights of hotel accommodation in one of the most spectacular and safest destinations in the world, Cancun, Mexico.
This unique offer is for you and your family. Valid for 2 adults (ages 28 to 70) and up to 2 children (under 12 years old). Upon check-in, adults must present valid identification (passport with more than 6 months’ expiration date) and a current major credit card for incidentals, you will be required to leave a 100 USD deposit upon registration to cover any incidental charges. If there are no unforeseen events during your departure, this deposit will be returned to your credit card. Because this is a family promotion, married or common-law guests must travel in the company of their spouse. This offer is not valid for travel by adults who are full time students without gainful employment or by adults whose profession is in the travel, hotel, cruise line or airline industries.
This exclusive offer is valued at $1,129 USD, but you can visit this paradise for only an activation fee of $265 USD, which must be paid at the time of booking. All taxes are included in your room rate except the Resort fee and the Environmental Sanitation Tax that the City government recently implemented and will be collected entirely at the Front Desk of the hotel upon check out. The total amount being from $20 to $25 USD per room per night if your vacation is on an All-inclusive meal plan and $25 to $30 USD per room per night if your vacation is on a European plan accommodations only. *Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Valid for 12 months from the date of receipt. You must register within 30 days of receiving the certificate.
All requests are subject to availability, with no blackout dates. The longer you make your travel arrangements in advance, the better your chance of booking on your desired travel dates. We recommend making your reservation three or four months in advance. In the event that a specific hotel listed in the certificate is not available, Cancun Cards reserves the right to offer an alternative accommodation of equal or greater value and similar conditions. Reservations for holidays such as New Year’s, President’s Week, Easter Week, Thanksgiving, and Christmas include an additional rate of $199 USD.

This vacation certificate also includes ground transportation from the airport to your hotel. Your personal advisor will be at your disposal to help you with all the details of your vacation, including (if required) additional nights, excursions, upgrades to an all-inclusive category, or any other service you wish to purchase (all requests are subject to availability and can include additional fees). This vacation certificate does not include airfare.
This vacation certificate is valid for one family at a time (up to two adults and two children). This vacation certificate is not valid for group traveling (two or more holders of vacation certificates travelling together).
This vacation certificate cannot be used for consecutive periods or in conjunction with other promotions or offers. This certificate is not valid for Sunset World, Pura Vida and/or Loyalty vacation club members.
This is a single-use opportunity; therefore, it will not be valid for guests who have previously traveled using this same promotional offer.
During your stay in Cancun, you will be invited to participate in a tour of the resort. If you agree, our concierges can offer you additional benefits such as special promotions, discounts, dinners, excursions, night club passes or transportation to the airport. We suggest you attend the VIP BREAKFAST, where you will be introduced to our vacation club and discover the advantages of membership. This certificate is 100% transferable, as long as the beneficiary complies with the aforementioned terms and conditions.

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR RECEIPT OF THE VACATION CERTIFICATE, WHICHEVER OCCURS LATER. TO CANCEL THE AGREEMENT, A SIGNED AND DATED COPY OF A STATEMENT THAT YOU ARE CANCELING THE AGREEMENT SHOULD BE MAILED AND POSTMARKED, OR DELIVERED TO RESERVATIONS@CANCUNCARDS.COM NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT OF 30 DAYS UPON RECEIPT.
